Yesterday, I brought you the picture of the Modern Mom. I admit that I have been struggling lately with balance. Playdates, MOPS, working out (OK, who am I kidding), Bible studies, a home-based business have taken their toll. All wonderful things, but lately they have felt more of a burden rather than the blessing they should be. So tonight, I took two hours for serious playtime with my son. It felt good. It reminded me of how much of a priority he is in my life, and also just how much fun it is to fling beads across the room at daddy.
